
It may be difficult to accept when you’re worried about
homework and friends and school and your family, but your
health – your good health – is one of the most important factors
in your life, and about the most important asset you have.
It’s
impossible to tackle those other things in your life in the most
effective way if you’re not prepared – and that means a healthy
body and healthy mind.
And that doesn’t mean “eat breakfast” –
although that’s a part of it: it’s your food intake, fitness, preventing
illness and dealing with illness appropriately if and when it strikes.
